Shara Layne is the lead singer for popular Memphis bands Thumpdaddy and Shara Layne and The Drive.  She has also played the Bluebird Cafe as the winner of the Tennessee Songwriter Week competition and hosts her own bi-monthly songwriter competition at Lafayette's.
