April Garcia is a Soul & Funk record collector out of Oakland, CA. Also known as Abrilita, and more recently as Motown Mami, collecting all different genres of 1960s-1980s records, most notably mid-’60s female-fronted Soul. She co-founded an all-lady vinyl DJ collective in 2016, after collecting records for many years prior to the DJ debut at Suavecito Souldies.

As a Latina woman, Stephany Medina wanted to change the narrative around who you would normally see DJ your favorite dance party. She has DJ'd with local artists in Nashville and for local community events. Her love for community has given her the opportunity to organize events with local creatives and community members in Nashville to bring people together through art, music, and activism.
